Pat McCants

ADCC, Founder & Chairman

On March 30, 2012 Pat McCants founded the African Diaspora Chamber of Commerce (ADCC). Her experience of being an entrepreneur for over 45 years has aid her efforts to benefit individuals, business, organizations, communities, and governments globally. Pat has a mission to re-shape, rebrand and revitalize the continent of Africa.

Bill Smith

President, ADCC North America

Bill has over 25+ years of experience in business management and development, which includes API management, project architecture, software development, digital marketing, social media management, payment integration, and deployment of products and services in the eCommerce and mCommerce digital payment space.

Chijioke James

President, ADCC Africa

Mr. James supported Ms. McCants by providing legal counsel on several economic development projects benefiting Nigerian citizens. Before his affiliation with ADCC, Mr. James is a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with over 20 years of private legal practice, providing legal services and advice to individuals, institutions, and governments.

Kylie Campbell

President, ADCC Australia

Kylie Campbell is CEO and Director of numerous entities all specializing in Finance, Business, Projects, Investments and Asset management. Kylie has worked in the investment markets for the last 20 years culminating a wealth of knowledge and relationships globally. Kylie has secured $billions for projects under her management.

Roderick Harris-Wright

President, ADCC Youth Initiative Program

Roderick Harris-Wright is young, business minded, well connected, Roderick has been involved in flourishing companies from an early age. He graduated from Woodbury University with a bachelor of Business of Administration (BBA), Business Management, Marketing and Related Support Services.

ADCC Public Relations, Consultant

Sean S. Clancy is a Public Relations consultant with a demonstrated success of designing and executing data-driven communication strategies for Fortune 1000 corporations, privately help companies and non-profit organizations that engage with audiences, influence the marketplace, strenghthen brand reputation and foster economic growth.

Livingstone Adwini-Poku

ADCC, IT Director

Livingstone Adwini-Poku is Ghanaian American with over 35 years of experience in Engineering design and development, IT and Manufacturing Management in the automotive industry. Background in Automotive safety, Testing and Certification. Involved in working with Automotive manufacturers globally in North America, Europe, Asia and South America to include General Motors, Ford, Chrysler/FCA, Isuzu, Nissan, Mitsubishi


ADCC team works closely with governments, and private enterprises currently across three continents (Africa, Asia, and Australia) to improve the trade and investment climate by bridging real opportunities.

ADCC as a platform is designed to bring potential business partners together and increase Africa's global investment profile; by developing critical contacts and business relationships among the African continent, the African diaspora, and worldwide communities for the exchange of information and ideas as we unite as one global community.
